Tryndamere came into the world knowing only the harshness of survival, for the frozen steppes where his clan made their home never truly thawed. They were able to fend off other raiding tribes, slay the great beasts of the mountains, and repel Noxians encroaching to the south. An unusual storm swept in from the east, bringing with it an icy darkness, and a towering, horned figure silhouetted against the full moon.
Some in the clan knelt, believing that their boar-god stood among them. This creature dripped with ancient magic, true enough, but he was not of the Freljord… and those that knelt were the first to die. Tryndamere looked on in horror. Whether taken by bloodlust or some other madness, Tryndamere raised his own blade, and let out a defiant roar.
Tryndamere lay surrounded by the dead, in snow soaked almost black with blood. He drew what he thought would be his last breaths as the creature approached and spoke. For Tryndamere did not die that night. He was revived by a rage unlike anything he had ever experienced. He looked to the eastern horizon, intent on avenging not only the destruction of his clan, but the desecration of his own martial pride.
However, retribution was not what the steppes offered him. There were survivors, and they would not be long for this world if Tryndamere could not find others to shelter them. There were Noxians to the south, Frostguard to the north, and the dark figure had come from the east. To the west, it was said that some tribes were gathering before the supposed reincarnation of Avarosa—once, he might have dismissed such fanciful rumors, but now he knew this was his only recourse.

Tryndamere and the remnants of his people arrived in the valley as little more than beggars. Brandishing his tusked sword, he did what came naturally, and challenged others to duels. Holding the image of the dark figure and its echoing laughter in his mind, Tryndamere quickly bested anyone who stepped forward. His singular fury was deeply unsettling to the Avarosans. The northern warriors, too, noted his rapid healing between bouts—unlike the Iceborn that walked among them, the more Tryndamere gave in to his rage, the more quickly his body healed.
But not all of the Avarosans had turned against him. Their warmother, Ashe, was looking to strengthen her position with a political marriage… to someone who could face down the endless challengers for her hand, and to her rule. Seeing an opportunity in the handsome barbarian, she pledged to take in his clan as Avarosans, if Tryndamere became her first and only bloodsworn. His rage found temperance in her thoughtful leadership, and a genuine affection grew between them.

The cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds every time Tryndamere critically strikes or deals a killing blow refreshes completely if Tryndamere kills a champion.
Keeps the scariness of him yelling at the top of his lungs for 5 straight seconds while removing the frustration of not being able to kill him within that time.
Simultaneously grants a substantial damage boost, potential AoE crowd control, and a free cleanse, effectively both buying him time and rewarding him for taking advantage of that bought time. This ability is what allows him to stay relevant past late-game without having to rely on dying, while also making room for dying if that kind of play is necessary.
Counterplay to Tryndamere would involve taking advantage of his lack of get-out-of-jail-free card by baiting him into a gank or otherwise unfavorable situation, or tricking him into getting out of position before a teamfight to take him down quickly and then momentarily retreating while he swings around for a bit before both he and his rage die out.
In turn, a well-played Tryndamere would be able to judge the proper time to enter a blind rage and not fall for baits and traps, while unleashing that rage full-force to both contribute to and take advantage of the chaos of a teamfight, growing more powerful as his Fury increases and punishing enemies for not taking him out when they had the chance. As a true barbarian king, you must use fear and savage unpredictability to your advantage while not letting civilized men take advantage of your hair-trigger temper and tunnel-visioning tendencies!

Riot should fix their shitty game because this happens way too often and it's not fun at all. His undying rage lasts way too long and combined with aforementioned speed especially his spinning move there's literally no counterplay whatsoever. Even when down a thousand gold with his free stats he can easily kill you in lane with little to no effort. His kit allows him to make mistakes and still get out either using his E or his R. With only s cd it is always up.
Champ design is just stupid. He can become invincible for a good while which is basically having a second life excluding when he gets GA. He can basically spin every 4 seconds. He shreds anyone in his path. He snowballs way too hard even when he feeds his ass off pre lvl 6.
Not balanced. I played a match vs tryndamere on mordekaiser. It was no fun whatsoever because he got te be extremely aggressive, Even under my tower, Because every time he goes in he is blessed by riot themselves with a get out of jail free card. At first, It is easy to deal with him, 1 through should be pretty easy to keep up and stay alive, Until he reaches his level 6. All he was to do is press R, No matter what health you are, And he wins. The amount of time your in the fight, Should be enough to kill him and keep yourself alive, But the R is just a massive crutch for people who can't trade well enough.
The only counter to his ult is to CC him during it, But as you will have probably spent most of your CC in the fight required to take him down to the point where he will ult. Cam vs Trynda matchup. As cam you hit you Q into E into Q combo but all trynda has to do is get lucky land crits and E away which the E probably hit you as the hitbox is messed up sometimes. Then Q to heal for hp. If you don't happen to pick a champ that can stun or get away from trynd, Then every fight is a loss.
You get him down to 0 hp, He ults, And then how ever much you had left, You're dead. It's not that it's impossible to figure out, It's just not fun. Shreds Armor, A built in heal, And an ult that removes all counter play. This is the average Trynd lane, I got a crit, I won the lane. Like wtf is that shit. Please Rework this sack of shit.
While Tryndamere, Due to its spells and passive boosting his damages, Reducing yours, And healing him, Can act a little bit like ornn If you stay longer, You and your opponent, On the lane without backing, Tryndamere will get benefits from itAnd does 1v1 against most champions at early game pretty easily, All of that is becoming more and more weak every update. While ranged adc are the choices when it comes to shut down a tanky character, A melee one will simply end up getting owned due to armor boots and thornmails.
More and more champions are given mobility, CC, And displacements nowadays, Which is simply what it takes to turn a champion like tryndamere completely useless.Adding players to your watch list enables you to easily compare them to other players or add them to custom lists!

The following paragraph explains that Tryndamere wandered for years and fought every champion of a tribe to see his nemesis again til there was none left to challenge. Then back in Aatrox' lore there is another little hint on that cursive text in the last blockquote, where he inspired the invaders:. Just when all hope seemed lost, Aatrox appeared among the ranks of the Protectorate. With but a few words, he urged the soldiers to fight to the last before throwing himself into battle.
His presence inspired the desperate warriors. At first, they could only watch in awe as this unknown hero cleaved through their enemies, his body and blade moving in unison as if one being.
Soon, the warriors found themselves imbued with a potent thirst for battle. They followed Aatrox into the fray, each fighting with the furious strength of ten until they had won a most unlikely victory. There is even a little forum discussion which is about Aatrox VS Tryndamere, claiming who will win, if Aatrox "swatted him aside, mortally wounding the young barbarian".
